Clovis Community Regional Medical Center: Hospital 1985, Outpatient Services Facility 2001, Medical Office Buildings 1988 and 2011, Hospital Expansion 2008, Health Education Conference Center 2012, and New Tower 2016

BSK has provided on-going support for Clovis Community Regional Medical Center satisfying OSHPD and CGS review. The project has included the original and expansion of the existing hospital, two five-story Bed-tower structures, a five-story Public Facilities and Circulation building, several one- and two-story medical and office buildings, a concrete parking structure with three elevated decks, a 20,000-square foot conference center, pavement and roadways. With design loads of over 450,000 pounds and 10,000 pounds per lineal foot, BSK’s experience and technical expertise saved the Client millions of dollars in design and construction by utilizing shallow footings.
