• Vacation
  Personal time off accrues according to your years of service.

  Eight (8) holidays including New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (two days) and Christmas Day.

  Full-time employees receive six days of sick leave per year. BSK offers a leave sharing program which eligible employees may voluntarily donate a portion of their accrued vacation leave balance to assist another employee who has exhausted sick, and vacation leave due to a medical emergency. Our employees have risen to this occasion several times in our more than 55-year history.

  The Flexible Spending Account program allows employees to allocate pre–tax dollars to a reimbursement fund to pay for medical premiums, un–reimbursed medical expenses and dependent care assistance. Dependents are included even though they may not be accessing insurance through BSK.
