Commercial Property in Galt

A family trust inherited a commercial property in Galt, California, beneath which was an underground fuel storage tank complex. Fuel constituents were found in the soil and groundwater beneath the site.  BSK performed a subsurface investigation on the property, soil vapor extraction of the contaminant plume, and confirmatory soil sampling proving the remedial success.  BSK recently obtained regulatory closure for the property owner and no further work will be required.
