Meet the Staff: Adam Trevarrow, Organizational Development Specialist: Adam hails from Fresno, spending most of his time growing up in the vibrant Tower District. He’s been a part of the BSK family for an impressive 16 years, starting as an Analyst in 2008 and now serving as our full-time Organizational Development Specialist. Adam’s journey through various roles has given him deep insights into almost every aspect of our lab’s operations. He loves connecting with colleagues, learning about the company, and is always ready for new challenges.
Interviewer: Hi Adam! Can you tell me a little about where you are from. Where is your hometown and where did you go to school?
Adam: I was born and raised in Fresno, with the majority of my time spent in the Tower District. I graduated from San Joaquin Memorial High School and then earned my Liberal Studies degree from Fresno State in 2007.
Interviewer: How long have you worked for BSK and what do you do for the organization?
Adam: I have been with BSK for 16 years, starting as an Analyst in 2008. In 2014, I transitioned to a Project Coordinator role, followed by a promotion to Project Manager in 2015. Since 2022, I have been serving as a full-time Organizational Development Specialist. My journey has provided me with valuable insight into nearly every phase of the lab’s operations.
Interviewer: What do you enjoy most about your job?
Adam: I value the relationships I am able to build with a wide range of colleagues. Through my involvement in engagement surveys, assisting with open enrollment, and providing support for Deltek Talent, I have the opportunity to connect with so many funny and interesting coworkers. I also appreciate the ongoing learning about our company and look forward to expanding my knowledge of what BSK has to offer our clients.
Interviewer: Can you tell us your favorite on the job story?
Adam: Serving as the Project Manager for the Paradise fire project has been the highlight of my career at BSK. This project was not only a significant success for the company but also played a crucial role in initiating the cleanup and rebuilding efforts for many affected by the fires. While it required a lot of time and effort, the experience was immensely rewarding, and it was great to collaborate with and receive support from numerous individuals.
Interviewer: Thank you so much for answering all these questions today. Can we leave off by you relaying some fun facts about yourself?
Adam: Once fall rolls around all my attention goes to college and pro football. I run a fantasy football league with some folks at BSK that leads to a lot of fun competition. When it’s not football season, I spend my time playing Dungeons and Dragons and Warhammer 40K. I also love to run and take care of two very spoiled cats named Andy and April.
