ESOP
New full-time employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after one full year of continuous service (1000 hours). The ESOP is a defined contribution plan that provides employees with an ownership interest in BSK. The company’s contribution to the ESOP is based on a percentage of the employee’s salary.
Competitive Benefits
We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefit program to eligible employees. Our medical and dental plan coverage is offered at no charge to full time employees on the base plan with a slight contribution on the upgraded plan. Spouses, children and domestic partners may participate in the plans.
