The City of Fontana owns and operates a satellite wastewater collection system and is responsible for administering the regulatory requirements for its Pretreatment and MS4 Storm water programs.  To maintain regulatory compliance, the City chose BSK Associates’ San Bernardino Laboratory to provide sampling and analytical services.

The project involves challenging field sampling situations at 5 wastewater trunk line locations and numerous industrial and storm water runoff sites.
