BSK Associates Names Weldon Elementary Its Q2 2026 Sponsorship Winner

Fresno, Calif. — BSK Associates has named the Weldon Elementary School sports program as the recipient of its second quarter 2026 Corporate Sponsorship award. The nomination, submitted by BSK Associate Rebecca Vance of the company’s Fresno Analytical Lab, highlights the powerful role youth athletics can play in shaping young lives well beyond the scoreboard.

Vance nominated Weldon Elementary’s sports teams for the meaningful impact they had on her own son during a difficult period in his life. “The sports teams mean a lot to me as it helped my son through a rough time in his life,” Vance shared. “He made lifelong friends and had amazing mentors through the sports teams at Weldon, and even though he is older, he still goes there and watches the practices and helps where he can.”

Vance’s connection to the program didn’t end when her son moved on — it became a family tradition of giving back. As a self-described “Sports Mom,” she has spent countless hours supporting Weldon’s teams in whatever way was needed. “Whether it be holding the poles on the side of the field, getting water for the kids, or pizza parties, I was there!” Vance said.
