National School Lunch Program (NSLP) or School Breakfast Program (SBP) and the Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) Program: BSK supports safe drinking water in over 50 non-transient, non-community water systems (NTNCWSs), schools and day care facilities by providing the sampling, testing and reporting needed to meet requirements under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), and the Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) Programs.
