In 2016 (the year of our 50^th Anniversary), one of the commitments we made to ourselves was to change the name of our Health & Safety Program to Health, Safety & Wellness.

With input from employees, we recognize that employee wellness is an essential and desired element for a good work-life balance.  Understanding that healthy employees promote a strong and effective workforce; our wellness program is an essential tool to develop, promote and integrate health and wellness into the Company.

With the addition of wellness to the program, our commitment to safety remains unchanged.  Our program continues to strive for excellent workplace safety that protects employees from work-related injury and illness.

Through our wellness-enriched program, we encourage and support employees to seek the benefits of improved health and wellness while we remain committed to empowering our employees with the individual responsibility to work safely every day, to watch out and care for fellow employees and to expect the Company to continuously provide a healthy, safe and rewarding place to work.
