Future Employees

Celebrating nearly 50 years, BSK is employee-owned -- and it shows.  According to our 2015 engagement survey, more than 75% of BSK employees say this is a great place to work.  What makes us so special?

  • Our very friendly environment where you will feel welcome, have the tools to do your job and be able to be yourself.
  • Management that trusts you to do your job well, is approachable and knows that safety and life/work balance are more than words.
  • An organization that revolves around our values of service, professionalism, teamwork, safety, employee development and personal accountability. You will be living these values every day.

When people come to work for BSK it’s not always about working on cool projects which challenge their technical and professional aptitudes. It’s not about the benefits and the fact our employees are actively engaged in giving back to their communities. Or that we believe employee fulfillment is the result of a proper work life balance. It’s about the culture. Our culture is driven by employee engagement, collaboration and open communication at all levels. Our employees work in an environment where participation is expected and encouraged, where mutual respect is demanded and the success of the company is shared. If this sounds like your type of company, then we want to hear from you!

BSK is a 100% employee-owned company. As a BSK employee you participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The ESOP is a qualified retirement account invested almost 100% in BSK stock.
